This release fixes time and location issues, still in the last final release of the driver.

• Reintroduces auto guiding implementation, still experimental unless the firmware is updated
• Fixes issues with time settings, enables timezone to be used
• added the latest reverse engineered schematics for documentation
• introduces some internal clean up and refactoring

Tag is only to recover some tools when needed
