Resize selected rect area with arrow keys #515
Description
As discussed in #511 the rect area should be resizeable additionally to mouse also with arrow keys.
While the rect area resize window is visible pressing CTRL+ArrowKey should move the top left handle of the selection, pressing ALT+ArrowKey should move the bottom right handle. Pressing only the ArrowKeys should move the whole selection without changing its size.
