Sometimes "Snipping Area Rulers" not shown after starting rectangular selection #684
Description
Sometimes the "Snipping Area Rulers" aren´t shown after starting ksnip.
To Reproduce
- Start ksnip
- Click on "New -> Rectangle -> Area"
- Rulers aren´t shown (only crosshair cursor visible)
- The rulers only appear after restarting ksnip and executing steps 1 - 3.
Expected behavior
- The rulers should always appear as they are activated in settings.

- OS: Linux
- Distribution in case of Linux: Fedora Linux 34
- Window System in case of Linux: Gnome 40.2/Wayland
- ksnip version: 1.9.0
