"lexer_state" was confusing, as the instance is always LexerThread, whereas lexer_thread.state is a LexerState
LexerThread._Tokenmight be just a temporary solution, but for now it's needed so InteractiveParser knows what Token class to instanciate.Changing the init/copy is needed for Cython, but is the right thing to do regardless.
