Why do we revert "Support for Siemens IPC127 MMIO GPIO-driven LEDS"?

@OhmSpectator , we don't need this custom driver anymore since kernel provides now full support for this particular GPIO expander. Also, the custom driver conflicts with the kernel driver, so both cannot be loaded at the same time.
