- Debugging suggests that
submod2/just_a_dir/contentsis included in the diff for some reason.
There is a couple others which seem to be specific to mounted volumes (code checkout vs CLAR_TMP location), like the Mac \psf\Home from the Parallels VM:

- This error occurs when the code is checked on a mounted volume which supports symlinks normally. The
link.samplefile indeed is missing but there is one calledlink.sample.lnkor something like that.
