Intial implementation on version of IEEE PJM 5-bus test system, see https://scholarsmine.mst.edu/ele_comeng_facwork/2692/. Note that paper contains error, in their test case runs Brighton has $10/MWh marginal cost unlike what is shown in Figure 1. These simpler cases are likely deprecated at this point.
