Release v5.7.1 - Header-only install path fix

- CMake configs now install to share/cmake/inlined-vector/ (proper header-only convention)
- vcpkg port renamed to lloyal-ai-inlined-vector
- Follows pybind11 and other header-only library best practices
- No more empty lib/ directory warnings in package managers
