When I set Lowcoder up I mistakenly didn't read the documentation and went right ahead creating an app. I may want to use the app embedded in another website so I'd like to make it a module instead.

An option in the UI somewhere (maybe on the dropdown menu when looking at the list of apps) which would allow you to convert between App and Module

Describe alternatives you've considered
I'm yet to attempt it but I did wonder if doing an export to json and then modifying that by hand before re-importing would work. If that works reliably it may be that documenting how to would be sufficient for now.
