June 22-25 2026
Virtual -- zoom link will be added shortly before the event
The 2026 Academy week will be designed to provide a basic introduction to both the Rubin Science Platform's tools and the current data releases.
Two sessions ("A" and "B") are provided each day to accommodate a variety of timezones and schedules. The contents of sessions A and B will be similar, and all sessions are open to everyone.
No registration fees will be required to attend. A Rubin Science Platform account is necessary to access Rubin data releases.
Questions? Post a new topic in the Support category of the Rubin Community Forum at community.lsst.org.
Sessions: All sessions will use existing tutorials for Data Preview 1 (DP1), which can be found in the DP1 documentation at dp1.lsst.io.
Slides: Links to all slide decks are view-only. Most sessions have very limited slides as most of the time will be spent in hands-on demonstrations with the RSP.
Recordings: The first instance of every session will be recorded and all will be made available in a Rubin Data Academy 2026 YouTube playlist.
