Enterprise installation script version -> This will soon become an extra option inside the current existing script so that 9.0 Enterprise can also be installed and configured by default! This is just a new branch for testing purposes.
Add a symlink for the system to know which NodeJs it should take (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26320901/cannot-install-nodejs-usr-bin-env-node-no-such-file-or-directory)
Added pyscogreen requirement for longpolling (see Yenthe666#25)
The Enterprise version of Odoo was missing ofxparse & flanker as dependencies.
