- Autonomous Border Surveillance System (SentriX): Engineered an edge-AI system using an ARM Cortex-M4 that integrates multi-modal sensors (mmWave, ToF, Digital Mic). I implemented FreeRTOS-based firmware and TinyML models for on-device decision-making.
- EV Battery Management System (BMS): During my internship at Hartalkar Innovations, I developed active cell balancing circuits for multi-cell Lithium-ion packs and simulated induction coupling for 120s25p EV batteries.
- Photo Detector Synthesis: Synthesized SnS2 thin films on FTO substrates and characterized them using XRD and SEM to assess structural and optical properties.
