Describe the bug

Related to #92

After unsubscribing from a mailing list, the link to return to the website goes to a 404 page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailchimp_sf_options and set "Include Unsubscribe link?" to checked
2. Subscribe to a list with a test email. Verify your email if you have to.
3. Navigate to any FE Mailchimp web form and click the "unsubscribe from list" link in the footer
4. Unsubscribe the email you subscribed earlier
5. Click the "« return to our website" link and you will be navigated to a 404 page
