There is only one script "run_analysis.R" This script will download the compressed source data, perform the data cleansing operation described in the project instructions and output 2 files:

tidy_mean_std.txt - a CSV file with labeled columns including the subject index, activity index, actiivty lable and the "mean" and "std" variables.

tidy_aggregates.txt - a cvs file with all variables aggregated (mean) by subject and activity
