Currently mpm does not use any proxy environmental variables even if they are set. This patch supports setting proxy vars via
build-args, e.g.docker build --build-arg HTTPS_PROXY=http://<my-proxy>:<port> --build-arg HTTP_PROXY=http://<my-proxy>:<port> .
