ok, something is funny with the azure setup as I am getting emails about 3.2.x failing (https://dev.azure.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/_build/results?buildId=6773&view=results ) but it is not run on PRs? |

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/pipelines/build/triggers?view=azure-devops&tabs=yaml#pr-triggers <- that says it should default to PRs on all branches. I am confused. |
