Passing *linefmt* positionally is undeprecated

Positional use of all formatting parameters in `~.Axes.stem` has been
deprecated since Matplotlib 3.5. This deprecation is relaxed so that one can
still pass *linefmt* positionally, i.e. ``stem(x, y, 'r')``.
