  • bump 3.5 to rc2 (from b4)
  • make 3.5 a hard fail

I plan to self-merge this if it passes travis as it is only touching travis configuration.

Looks like the release candidate is not yet available @BanzaiMan any chance we can get Python 3.5 rc2 on Travis?

I agree about making this a hard failure once it works but I would suggest adding another allowed failure job with nightly and move the --pre job to that flag. That will allow us to test with 3.6 alphas. The tests will fail due to the removal of inspect.getargspec in 3.6 and we should fix that

3.5.0rc2 should be available now.
