This is generated via

however I am very wary of merging this before we sort out a way to redirect popular pages.

100 hits/week takes you out to ~750 pages down! We are going to have to automate this process, might as well do everything at that point....

This is mostly implemented by redirects, so we probably don't need to drop things right now.
