- Convert to markdown (there were a mixture of markdown and RST links previously, and I figure markdown is a bit easier to write than RST)
- Add links to the repositories that use the theme at the bottom

Thanks for catching - annoyingly that makes enough changes that there isn't a nice overall diff, but looking at the diff of the two commits individually still seems to work to easily see what's changed.
