What does this PR do?

Adds slides from my posit::conf(2023) talk about parameterized Quarto reports.

This talk gives an overview to parameterized reporting with Quarto and provides a real-world use case of using parameters to generate many reports from the same qmd file. I discuss parameterized reporting 101, preparing data to be used in parameterized reports, and creating content that is both consumable and accessible to all audiences.

Requirements for your Awesome item list

• If a duplicate item exists, discuss why the new item should replace it.
• Check your spelling & grammar.
