A failed case is not a ticket. It is a farmer in a field, a licence that must be replayed, a university that cannot open.
- The process is executable. Flowable / Activiti — not a slide, not a wiki.
- The decision has a trail. Who submitted, who reviewed, on what basis. Spring Security holds after the demo.
- Arabic is first-class. Documents, audit files, and citizen screens are authored in Arabic — not translated at the end.
- The field is the governor. If a committee cannot finish the case standing where the work happens, the architecture is wrong.
