[Run] Add options to run commands from different shells (in Settings or at runtime)Β #4283
Description
EDIT: Settings are one aspect of this feature, also see #9627 for a way to select different shells at runtime. We need to make sure the UX is consistent between settings and runtime.
Add settings to select default shell and terminal which will affect PowerToys Run. It should also detect third-party terminals as suggested in the spec:
