Steps to reproduce

1. Open Playwright Codegen
2. Go to any page which has some dropdown's
3. Click on dropdown and try to select any option

Expected behavior

After clicking option from a dropdown only one action should be shown inside the codegen generator

Actual behavior

When clicking on option from dropdown, codegen starts to spam this option all the time untill you click away from the field, or do any other action
