The text still says "draft specification" - should we change it here and above?

Could we update the link text here as well, e.g. from "draft specification" to simply "specification"?
That does seem out of sync with the ext-auth change in modelcontextprotocol/ext-auth@877b4fd (modelcontextprotocol/ext-auth#29), which promotes Enterprise-Managed Authorization to stable.
