This PR adds support for SEP-973 (PR), which exposed additional metadata for Implementations, Resources, Tools and Prompts.

Motivation and Context

This PR is to prove out that adding Icon/Website data works as expected.

How Has This Been Tested?

I added the MCP icon + link to the sdk repository to the src/examples/server/simpleStreamableHttp.ts example, and then updated the MCP inspector to show the icon/make the name clickable, and it worked!

To repro, download this branch and run npx tsx src/examples/server/simpleStreamableHttp.ts, and download my inspector branch and run npm run dev, add the server at http://localhost:3000/mcp under the StreamableHTTP protocol and verify you see the icon.

Breaking Changes
