If no path input is provided the action will now try to find one specified in the workflow file itself. Paths now also work with glob style matching.

Now provides a previous filename output property. If the file was renamed this will be what it was renamed from. The property defaults to the same output as the name property.

Fix filename uri encoding conflict

Fixes input issue, strict was not having intended purpose.

Enables simple diff tree checking.
