The use of SSL has been deprecated. The use of v1 and v1.1 of TLS has been deprecated. Deprecate the Config Options and the backing code. - `$ssl_use_sslv2` - `$ssl_use_sslv3` - `$ssl_use_tlsv1` - `$ssl_use_tlsv1_1` See also: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Layer_Security
