stimfit-lite v0.16.10 for windows (portable version)

This version has been compiled with a biosig v3.9.2 and wxwidgets 3.3.1 by using mxe.

This improves support for ABF1 and ABF2 and some other data formats, and addresses a number of security report. For details, check the release page of biosig, and its release announcment

The release 0.16.8 provides the latest source code of stimfit.

• cursor settings dialog is now usable again (issue #109)

• trace selection by entering a trace number in the trace selection box is now working on windows as well (issue #111)

• pslope tab is removed from cursor settings dialog (as suggested by Jose)

• issues #73 and #90 seem to be fixed as well.
