Description

This PR provides a module for configuring Element-Desktop a well known Matrix Client. It provides the settings option for setting the options for the default profile, and the profiles option for configuring additional profiles. Closes #6774.

  • Code tested through nix-shell --pure tests -A run.all
    or nix build --reference-lock-file flake.lock ./tests#test-all using Flakes.
