New library requirements:
OSX

  • libiconv
  • libgssapi-krb5

Linux

  • libgssapi-krb5
  • pcre
  • pcreposix

On unix systems we now compile ntlmclient for ntlm support.
On Windows, we now compile pcre from libgit2 for regex support.

Hopefully this will get the ball rolling with 0.25.0 and get it out the door within a reasonable timeframe.
