- Added permissions for id-token and contents in the CI workflow. - Configured the Node.js setup step with the npm registry URL and scope for package publishing.

Changed the repository URL format to use 'git+' prefix for consistency and added 'publishConfig' section to specify public access for package publishing.
I have the openid connect setup for this repo in the npm dashboard completed.
