Description:
Simplified setup by automatically handling Firebase dependencies, permissions, and service registration. Firebase dependencies are now exposed as api (instead of implementation), so apps no longer need to manually add Firebase to their build.gradle. Permissions (INTERNET and POST_NOTIFICATIONS) and the FirebaseMessagingService registration are automatically merged via the SDK's AndroidManifest.xml, eliminating manual manifest changes.
