I am unable to view the Vercel build error, either because the Vercel project is not public or because the Vercel account tied to my GitHub account uses a different email that I cannot change for reasons. In any case, can you please let me know what failed so I can address it? |

This PR adds documentation for how to use Nx in Buildkite using the plugin
nx-set-shasthat is similar to the GitHub Actions and Circle CI Orb plugins.
