You may consume them in different ways:

Clone this Git repository (or download the zip file) and open the notebooks locally with Jupyter/IPython

for the ultimate interactive online experience (if the notebooks are not up-to-data, go to the status page, click the "rebuild" button, wait for a few minutes and try launching the Binder again)
