.oxlintrc.jsoncisn't a valid config file name (it only supports.jsonright now), and the contents of the config file was hallucinated by an AI tool I assume. The linter was working, it just was using the defaults.This sets up a config file with the defaults set up, so it shouldn't change the behavior of the linter at all vs. before this PR.
