Ensure agents embody the persona and tone defined in SOUL.md to avoid stiff or generic replies and follow user-provided guidance when present.
Description
Detect if SOUL.md is present in injected contextFiles and add an explicit guidance line to the "Project Context" section of the generated system prompt in src/agents/system-prompt.ts.
