Add a new guide for running Clawdbot Gateway 24/7 on GCP Compute Engine using Docker, following the Hetzner guide pattern. Includes: - Project setup with gcloud CLI and Console alternatives - VM creation (e2-small recommended, e2-micro budget option) - Docker installation and configuration - Binary baking for persistence - SSH tunnel access from laptop - Troubleshooting for common GCP issues - Service account security best practices Also updates vps.md and platforms/index.md to include GCP, and adds navigation entry and /gcp redirect in docs.json.
