Add Perl 5.34 to the suite of tested Perl versions.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 92.452% when pulling ce3d088 on perl-5.34 into 8d12a8e on master.

Not as far as I'm able to assess from perldelta.

Do you want me to cut out 5.26?
