Purpose
According to the Akka migration guide 2.0.x to 2.4.x
"The PushStage PushPullStage and DetachedStage classes have been deprecated and should be replaced by GraphStage"
What does this PR do?
Replace the implementation of the methods based on PushStage with GraphStage in WebSocketHandler.scala
