What is in this Pull Request ?
Sample scripts (4) for creating an Azure Automation account, Azure AD App, loading PnP PowerShell module and publishing a sample runbook connecting to SharePoint with App-Only certificate. This provides an example of how this can be setup securely.
I have provided more detail in the readme that accompanies the sample
