Describe the Bug

I'd like to know the minimum time I can safely assume 9.x will be supported so I can schedule the work needed to migrate to 10.x.

Currently no time is provided, and 10.x isn't listed as supported. It's fine if 10 not being supported yet is intentional, and delays in that might extend the support window for 9, but some information for how long we can expect 9 to get security patches at a minimum, would be helpful.

Noting something like "major version with get at least X months of support after the next major is released" would be great if that's something you are willing to commit to: it would help clarify what the lifecycles will for 10 leading up to 11.

Expected Behavior

Having an EOL date like we have for 8.x would be excellent, even if it's not final and might get pushed back.
