This allows parsing of zmerge merges
Fixes a bug where different case or formats for numbers would result in a missed match. Now all strings are lower case and numbers are stored as normalized hex strings.
All numbers should be saved as decimal values. The bug previously converted this decimal to hex.

Let me know if you want this broken up. Commits should explain all the changes. I wasn't sure what commit of commonlib in your dev you were using so I froze it to your current latest in dev
