Feature enhancement details:

A PR was just merged to add meta tags to the web editor (#565) but I'm not sure if meta tags need to be added to the transactional emails as well. Would be awesome to investigate this!

Meta can be added using mjml if we use mj-head and mj-raw. There is no point to have it for the font or content as the standard gmail stuff is fine however I added it for the keyword and description as it's just a nice bonus.
