This PR consolidates changes made in #50. It makes
sharex/yandspanx/yfigure-wide and cleans up the axis-sharing algorithm. It also improvesaltx/alty/twinx/twinyso that they now accept arbitraryAxes.formatkeyword args, just likedualx/dualyalready does.
