So, CMake did an update and it broke most of our builds. I've had to set
-DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5for most of the CMake builds to make it work again without issue. We should probably upgrade some packages and remove this argument, but for now this seems like the best fix with the resources we have.I don't know why sqlite is failing to build, but that issue is unrelated.
