This PR upgrades `pulldown_cmark` to v0.12. There were a few breaking changes that needed to be accounted for: - The `BlockQuote` variant now has a `kind` attached. Right now we're ignoring it. - `pulldown_cmark` now emits tags for definition lists. #928 is meant to fix #927, but it doesn't address the actual issue I described. After figuring out how test cases are generated, I prepared this to demonstrate the issue better.
