Quite simple actually. After I had prepared everything for the 0.2.7 release (bumped the version, created a tag, built the packages), it turned out that I couldn't upload it to PyPI due to a bug in setuptools. The workaround is astral-sh/uv#9513 (comment) and I applied that here 9b5914e. The tag was already pushed and I wanted to be a good citizen, so I created a post version instead (https://github.com/pythonnet/clr-loader/releases/tag/v0.2.7-0). The code content is identical, only the metadata is fixed, which is exactly what post is for.
