Description

This is a mess. I hadn't updated Pelican in forever so I did and started getting warnings. So I fixed all those. Then I had to update pelican on the codependentcodrbase repo and found that I had reworked some of the jobs to use Github Actions (which I totally forgot I did).

So hopefully this works? 🤞
